Deb is wonderful! Worked around our schedules and even made extra trips out to our house to remove wasp nests. Never recommends more than we need and is extremely fair in price. Wow... we had flees and now we don't! Deb gave me all the info and price up front and scheduled her employee to come by our home to get rid of the flees. Called All natural first who came over and gave me a fear mongering presentation on mice and bugs and I needed services of 6 to 8 thousand dollars or the carpenter ants were going to destroy my house! Then proceed to constantly call me. SO I went looking for a better option and found one! Just bugs was so nice, came out showed me what they found, explained to me how carpenter ants worked and asked me if I had seen any signs etc. Did a full bug spray perimeter of the house for spiders, ants etc and a full service for mice (fixed entry points and followed up with traps and monitoring to be sure they were gone) all affordable and done promptly.

They have it all-knowledge, experience, excellent customer service and a solid treatment plan that assures you of no pesty bugs but also no harm to beneficial insects like bees! You can’t go wrong with this company. We use the monthly April-November plan and it’s awesome. If any bugs are missed, they’ll come back again for free and respray. Yellow jacket problem? Don’t call anyone else! A large, hard-to-access ground nest of aggressive yellow jackets put our back yard off-limits. After very costly estimates from other companies, I considered trying to take them on myself with long shot-type aerosol cans. Then I discovered Just Bugs. Deb took care of them with one application and for a fraction of the cost estimates from other companies. As hundreds of them attacked her bee suit while she worked, I quickly realized they may have killed me, had I tried it myself. The receptionist very politely told me that someone would return my call soon. In less than 30 minutes, Deb, the owner, called me and said she could come over that same day.
