Initially, when I called the office to set up an appointment and ask some questions, Diane was extremely professional, helpful and nice! She thoroughly explained to me all the varying price points and the services offered. Ben R., the technician, came out three days later and performed an interior and exterior treatment on our home. They have it all-knowledge, experience, excellent customer service and a solid treatment plan that assures you of no pesty bugs but also no harm to beneficial insects like bees! In addition, their prices are very affordable and significantly less than the other guys who promise natural pest control but give you lousy service at exorbitant prices.
